Bar Amigo was established in late 2003 in a charming 400 year old timber framed building which sits in the very centre of Hitchin's famous market square. Our chef has worked in many restaurants and hotels in London and Paris before joining the Bar Amigo team, and can produce some of the most exciting  homemade dishes in the area We offer a fantastic selection of Mexican dishes from: Sizzling Fajitas to Chicken Chimichangas. Our front of house team are extremely friendly and will more than happy to cater for any requirements you may have. Parking is easy in the evening's. You can park for free in the market square or there are several local car parks within walking distance to the restaurant.
